YOUR UNIVERSE
I forgot my world
To give you your universe,
I forgot to live my life
To give you the life that you never had.
I keep on going
Even when I'm tired to move on.
I don't stop believing the reality
Even when it slap me with a lie.
I keep on breathing
To see your happiness,
But I've got tired of waiting,
I expect too much,when you can't even see
The effort, that I put just to see your appreciation.
I am weaken by brokenness
I wanted to stop,
But I can't leave you behind.
I hated myself for giving you the universe
If you can't even see your world.
I keep on holding you
When you let go of yourself,
I keep on asking for a miracle.
Task after task,
I became sad with a pain in my heart.
What will I do?
To give you the diamond in disguise.
I wanted to stop, but I decided to keep moving forward.
I give up my world to give you your universe.
Painful reality strikes me deeper each day,
How can I put this diamond
To lighten up your spirit.
I am ashamed but I let them see me
Holding unto you until the end,
Of my sacrifices, rooting with sadness.
I wanted to give up but I love you dearly.
I wanted you to see the world,
But I gave you your universe that I know you deserve.
