S

YOU'RE AN ANGEL NOW

The wind blew cold that winter morning,
The dark sky was lit with stars that were mourning,
The blue sea was calm like it gave you a minute of silence,
And the universe feeling lonely at your absence.
The tessera was cold, just the way you liked it,
I could hear it's cries just below my feet,
The radio was low and soothing- playing our favourite music,
They were enticing you to return from death's relic.
I remember the good times we had,
I remember the lives we planned,
"We'll live in Paris, then move to Dubai at age thirty"
I remember although blurry, our bond... Our electricity.
You once told me you wish you were an angel,
I told you that you were one... One of those that fell,
I'm sad you're gone but happy your wish is before me to see...
I'll do all we planned just be the angel you always wanted to be.
