You're in a safe situation, when you really know a stranger. Not personally, but you do know what their capable of. And you know how to deal with that stranger. But you're in an unsafe situation, when you think you know them or you don't. And you also don't know how to deal with that stranger. In addition, the person who doesn't know the stranger can be in even more danger, when the stranger knows alot about them and knows how to deal with them.
