When you stop playing small outsiders will know not that they cannot step to you like you're beneath them.
When you know your worth people will know they cannot walk all over you like a doormat. When you set boundaries quit letting people who cross them have a second chance.
Only people who aren't used to being held accountable will cross their boundaries. Those who respect you will stay in their lane.
