Life has been tough,
Oh it's been rough,
Never care for much,
Just wanted a touch.
Let down, and broken,
I even picked up smokin',
Can't count the pills,
All the nights, drinks I spilled.
I remember waking up lost,
Wonder what the history costs?
Trapped between loneliness and horror,
If only I'd known there's always more.
