There's two cats that I knew
One is all black like the night
The other striped like a tiger
Both have amazing eyesight
Zeus is a tiny kitten you see
Midnight is a full grown adult
They became friends instantly
When I seen them together I'd melt
Both of these kitties are male
Midnight is calm and relaxed
Zeus was always chasing his tail
Energy, something he didn't lack
Two of them came running fast
When I shook the bag of treats
If you know what Temptations are
They make a cat do amazing feats
Zeus I gave to a friend of mine
Midnight really missed him
Like the day his neighbour friend
Another kitty, was lost, he felt grim
Both cats received lots of attention
I made beds for them all around
They always had toys and snacks
When they cuddled, they purred loud
I would really like to have another cat
Perhaps midnight would take that offer
A cat then a dog that it can wrestle with
Two loveable souls that I can care for proper
