Exhausting Times

I'm angry, I'm angry and I can't stand it right now
Sometimes the world is cruel to us as it lets us know how
It takes our words and twists them around, makes us feel this big while removing our crown.
we sit in our homes waiting for an end... society is fucked right now with little left to mend!
we drop our gaurd and allow others in, but then told we're not equal because the color of our skin.
Equality is needed but rarely seen through
Now all white men are accountable for things they did not do.
I was not a slave trader, my family never owned slaves
we were all created equal
 by our savior
Who was left to die in a cave.
Growing up white
They say I was well off
Why, because my parents visited the doctor at a sign of a cough?
Look,
to be honest with you
I am tired of this fight
I feel that my parents taught me right from wrong and wrong from right
please stop making me feel guilty as my color is white!
